- Communication Content: Messages, dispute reasons, and other content you submit through the platform.
- Uploaded Content: Files, documents, and media you upload for training quests or profile management.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type when accessing the Service.
- Usage Data: Training progress, course completions, schedule interactions, and feature usage within the platform.
- Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens for delivering push notifications on iOS devices.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Authentication Provider: If you sign in with Google or another OAuth provider, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
- Slack: Your Slack user ID for delivering work-related notifications.

- Process shift assignments, call outs, and pickup requests

- Within LivePlay: Your name, role, schedule, and profile information are visible to other authorized team members (producers, managers, and administrators) as needed for workforce management.
- Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform, including:

- Slack (workplace notifications)
- Amazon SNS (SMS notifications)
- Resend (email delivery)
- Google Calendar (schedule sync)

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

7. Camera and Microphone
The LivePlay Hosts app requests access to your device's camera and microphone solely for the Video Booths feature, which enables live video calls between hosts and producers during shows. Camera and microphone data is streamed in real-time and is not stored on our servers unless cloud recording is explicitly enabled by an administrator.
8. Push Notifications
We send push notifications for time-sensitive work communications such as shift assignments, schedule changes, and shift pickup opportunities. You can disable push notifications through your device settings or communication preferences in the app.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
